We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your Nanit Smart Baby Monitor or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 45 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in unworn, unwashed condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
